How can I reschedule my lab appointment?
You can easily reschedule your at-home or in-lab appointment directly within your Hundred app. If you need assistance, contact [email protected] and our team will help!
Do I need to fast before my lab appointment?
Yes. Please fast for 8 hours before your appointment — no food or drinks except plain water. We recommend drinking 1 L (33 oz) of water before your appointment to support blood flow.
How did Hundred choose the biomarkers to test?
Our biomarker list was built in collaboration with leading clinicians, researchers, and scientists — rooted in the latest scientific evidence. We focus on markers that are clinically validated, actionable, and meaningful across health systems: heart, hormones, nutrients, inflammation, male and female health, stress, aging, and more. Every test serves a purpose: to assist in creating your complete health profile and in shaping a precise, personalized protocol for you.
How long will the lab appointment take?
Most appointments take 10–15 minutes, though wait times may vary by location. Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to check in with your photo ID. The blood draw itself takes only a few minutes. We recommend having a light snack afterward before continuing your day.
For females, does it matter what time of the month I do my testing?
For menstruating females, timing can influence certain hormone and metabolic markers, you do not need to plan your blood draw around a specific time or date. We will send a short list of questions in the app (as well as a reminder text message) prior to your appointment to confirm the stage you’re in, so that your results accurately reflect this information.
Can I get tested while pregnant?
Yes, you may complete testing during pregnancy. Some biomarkers naturally shift during each trimester, and your results will reflect those physiological changes. If you have specific concerns, please reach out to our support team before your appointment.
We always recommend consulting your physician if there is any questions or concerns while pregnant.
Can I use recent lab work I did elsewhere?
Soon! We’re working on an BYOB (Bring Your Own Bloodwork) option, where you’ll be able to upload recent lab results directly into your Hundred app. Subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates on when this will be available.
Will I be notified of membership renewal?**
Our subscriptions renew automatically. Once your renewal begins, you will be able to access your receipt and will receive a notification confirming that both your annual and follow-up tests are available.
If you’d like to make any changes or adjustments to your subscription, please use the link below: Membership Renewal
What Biomarkers are currently tested?**
We evaluate key health domains including blood health, heart health, kidney and liver function, electrolytes and hydration, metabolism and energy, stress and aging, male and female health, nutrient status, inflammation and immune function, thyroid function, fatty acids and brain health, pancreas and digestion, toxins and heavy metals, urinalysis, and cancer screening (PSA). How often should I retest?
We recommend doing a full retest every 100-days, with optional or specific follow-ups depending on your health goals. This cadence helps you see trends, measure improvement, and update your action plan using the most current data.
What is included in the retest visit?
Your mid-year retesting appointment includes ~60 key biomarkers. It helps you track changes, spot patterns, and compare results over time to refine your protocol for the next phase of your health journey.
Do you offer add-on tests?
Hundred connects everything that defines your health — from your complete medical history and wearable data to advanced imaging and genetic testing results.
We’re expanding the platform to allow members to upload past results and — in 2026 — to sign up for and receive results directly from Galleri by GRAIL, Prenuvo, DEXA, and other advanced add-ons.
Hundred is building the most complete, intelligent health profile ever created, designed to evolve with you at every stage of life.
Why are there additional fees for testing in New York and New Jersey?
New York and New Jersey regulations require an additional lab testing fee of up to $248 per year for laboratory services included in your Hundred membership. This fee is charged and passed directly to the laboratory provider. Optional add-on tests may be subject to separate and additional fees.
You may request to receive an itemized pricing list for lab testing fees from the lab facility directly.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
You can reach out to Support for assistance. Alternatively, you may visit a Quest lab at any time, and they will allow you to complete the test using the same requisition ID, even if it’s on an earlier or later date. Please note that wait times may vary.
Why do I need a redraw?
Redraws allow you to compare improvements in your biomarkers against your initial baseline test. They also help determine whether your protocol effectively addresses the challenges identified in your system. Additionally, redraws enable us to provide more personalized insights based on your lifestyle, ensuring your data and recommendations remain tailored to your results over time.
How do I update my payment method?
You can use the app or navigate to Account Settings → Payment Settings by scrolling down to the payment section within the app.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
At this time, we do not support pausing your membership. You may cancel your membership or cancel your subscription renewal at any time. For any other cancellation requests or assistance, please reach out to our Support team.
How long do results take?
Some results will begin populating in your Hundred app within just 24 hours from your blood draw. Though, the full results from your comprehensive panel typically take about two weeks to process.
You’ll be notified as results are posted in the app, alongside clear interpretations. Your protocol is generated once all your results are in and onboarding is complete.
